Before purchasing, you can request a free 24-hour trial of any product on your own website. We strongly recommend using this trial to confirm compatibility with your site before you buy.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are available only if the license has not yet been activated on your website.
- Once a license has been manually activated and confirmed working on your site, the digital product is considered delivered and the sale is final.
- If activation fails due to an error on our end and we’re unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you’re entitled to a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after a license has already been successfully activated.
- Incompatibility with third-party plugins or themes that weren’t disclosed to us before activation.
- Delay or failure to provide the website URL and WhatsApp number required for activation.
How to Request a Refund
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your refund request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
